Criteria for evaluation of information necessary for acceptance by Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare of the decisions specified in Item 3 of these rules are established by Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare in coordination with Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications.
