Bring in the Rules of provision of services of passenger road transport approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 18, 1997 No. 176 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 8, Art. 142; 2007, No. 75, Art. 2791; 2009, No. 72, Art. 2479; 2018, No. 25, Art. 883), following changes:
to state paragraph two of Item 86 in the following edition:
"For rendering services the taxi, automobile carriers, automobile self-employed carriers shall have the vehicles registered according to the legislation and equipped according to the established technical requirements, the corresponding license.";
in Item 104 of the word "and licensed card on each car" to exclude.
