1. Make to the section X Regulations on measures of protection and determinations of procedure for the making of separate foreign currency transactions approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 2, 2019 No. 5 (with changes), such changes:

"X. Conditions, procedure, features of implementation of transactions on the current, supplementary (deposit) customer accounts of banks";

2) in the subitem 1 of Item 118 of the word of "introduction by the account holder or his authorized representative" shall be replaced with words "introduction into the account";

Item 123 to state 3) in the following edition:

"123. Investment of funds by foreign missions (including representations of the foreign investor under the production sharing agreement in the territory of Ukraine) on supplementary (deposit) accounts in banks of Ukraine is performed from current accounts of these representations with the subsequent return of means and the added percent on current accounts of these representations.
