About approval of Changes in Rules of the organization of protection of premises of non-bank organizations in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, 33 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of providing with non-bank financial institutions, the operators of mail service who obtained the license of the National Bank of Ukraine for implementation of currency transactions or the general license for implementation of currency transactions which did not void after enforcement of the Law of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions" regarding implementation of the currency transactions providing use of cash in national currency and/or foreign currencies, protection of health and life of the workers of conditions of safety of values Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Make changes to Rules on the organizations of protection of premises of non-bank organizations in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of October 6, 2017 No. 100 (with changes), having been reworded as follows them which is applied.

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Sergey Holod.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
