For the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 27, 2018 No. 75 "About establishment of the factors influencing deterioration in financial position of the insurance (reinsurance) organization and insurance group and also approval of Rules of approval of the actions plan providing measures of early reaction, and the Technique of determination of the factors influencing deterioration in financial position of the insurance (reinsurance) organization (insurance group)" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 16944, it is published on June 6, 2018 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following changes:
3) of Item 1 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"3) lack of highly liquid assets for covering of insurance reserves;";
in the Rules of approval of the actions plan providing measures of early reaction, approved by the specified resolution:
to state the paragraph of the sixth part two of Item 2 in the following edition:
"the list of the leading employees responsible for execution of the actions plan (with indication of the leading employees responsible for execution for each Item of the actions plan).";
in the Technique of determination of the factors influencing deterioration in financial position of the insurance (reinsurance) organization (insurance group) approved by the specified resolution:
