Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 24, 2009 No. 209-FZ "About hunting and about preserving hunting resources and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 30, Art. 3735; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; 2016, No. 26, Art. 3875) following changes:

Part 3 of Article 8 to state 2) in the following edition:

To add 3) with Article 14.1 of the following content:

"Article 14.1. Features of implementation of amateur and sports hunting concerning the hunting resources which are in semi-free conditions and artificially created habitat

1. Amateur and sports hunting concerning the hunting resources which are in semi-free conditions and artificially created habitat is performed in the fixed hunting grounds by the physical persons specified in parts 1 and 2 of article 20 of this Federal Law in the presence of the permit (the document confirming the conclusion of the service provision agreement in the field of hunting economy).
