According to requirements of Articles 7, of 15, of 44, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and Regulations on procedure for the establishment of limits of open foreign exchange position by the National Bank of Ukraine and control of their observance by banks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 12, 2005 No. 290, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 29, 2005 for No. 946/11226 (with changes), the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine SOLVED:

1. Bring in the Calculation procedure authorized banks of limits of open foreign exchange position approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 1, 2015 No. 847 (with changes), such changes:

In paragraph six of the word "the amounts of active remaining balance of the financial instruments which are available for bank with indexed cost join" shall be replaced with words 1) "the amount of equivalent of the delta of the currency derivative which is built in the financial instrument with the indexed cost joins if the change in value of the built-in currency derivative through growth/decrease in the official rate of hryvnia to i-oh foreign currency leads to growth/reduction in cost of the financial instrument with the indexed cost that is considered in assets of bank, or to decrease/growth in cost of the financial instrument with the indexed cost that is considered in liabilities of bank";
