Determine that procedure for decision making about transactions with the property of the federal state unitary enterprises which is outside the Russian Federation, procedure for transactions with the specified property, and also procedure for decision making about write-off of such property are established by the regulatory legal act of the Government of the Russian Federation regulating procedure for management of federal property, being outside the Russian Federation.".
