Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning implementation of licensing of separate types of activity in the territory of the international medical cluster

In Regulations on the licensing of pharmaceutical activities approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 22, 2011 No. 1081 "About licensing of pharmaceutical activities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 1, Art. 126; No. 37, Art. 5002; 2013, No. 16, Art. 1970; 2016, No. 40, Art. 5738; 2017, No. 28, Art. 4165):

a) add with Item 1 (1) the following content:

"1(1). Licensing of the pharmaceutical activities performed in the territory of the international medical cluster by foreign legal entities - project participants of the international medical cluster, is performed according to this Provision taking into account the features established by the Federal Law "About the International Medical Cluster and Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation".";

b) to add the subitem "b" of Item 3 with the paragraph of the following content:

"foreign legal entities - project participants of the international medical cluster;";

c) in paragraph one of Item 7 of the word "Items 1, 3 and" to replace with the word "Item";

d) add with Item 7 (1) the following content:
