1. Agree with offers of the Ministry of preschool education, the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Economics on creation under the Ministry of preschool education of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Ministry):

a) ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 05.07.2019 No. UP-5759

b) Specialized design and survey institute (further - Institute) in the form of the state unitary enterprise with determination of Institute by the general project organization for development of the preproject and project documentation for investment projects, including on projects of public-private partnership, according to the agreements signed with customers of system of preschool education;

c) Engineering company on development of infrastructure (further - Engineering company) in the form of the state unitary enterprise with assignment on Engineering company of function of the customer on construction, capital repairs, reconstruction and equipment of objects of system of preschool education and reference of costs for company services on construction cost, capital repairs and reconstruction of the state preschool educational organizations;

d) ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 29.12.2023 No. PP-422
