About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring personal vote by People's Deputies of Ukraine at the plenary sessions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. The criminal code of Ukraine (2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Article 364-2 of the following content:

"Article 364-2. Implementation by the People's Deputy of Ukraine at the plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine votes instead of other People's Deputy of Ukraine

3. In the Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved by the Law of Ukraine "About Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. No. 14-17, of Art. 133 with subsequent changes):

Part one of Article 27 to add 1) with Item 9-1 of the following content:
