About approval of the Procedure regulating the international motor transportations in the Republic of Tajikistan
For the purpose of regulation of the international motor transportations in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About transport" and the Charter of road transport of the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Procedure regulating the international motor transportations in the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. To the ministry of transport of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of state revenues and charges of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and other relevant ministries and departments of the republic to take measures for accomplishment of provision of this Procedure.
3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to inform representations of foreign states information on the purposes and tasks of this Resolution.
