About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About the Federal Budget for 2019 and for Planning Period of 2020 and 2021"
Accepted by the State Duma on November 21, 2019
Approved by the Federation Council on November 25, 2019
Bring in the Federal Law of November 29, 2018 No. 459-FZ "About the federal budget for 2019 and for planning period of 2020 and 2021" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 49, Art. 7531; 2019, No. 29, Art. 3842) following changes:
1) regarding 1 Article 1:
a) in paragraph one of the word "in the amount of the 109th 086, one billion rubles" shall be replaced with words "in the amount of the 108th 414, 0 billion rubles", the words "percent 4,3" shall be replaced with words "percent 3,8";
b) in Item 1 of the word "in the amount 20 174 949 682, thousand rubles" shall be replaced with words "in the amount 19 970 279 674, 2 thousand rubles", shall be replaced with words the words "in the amount 3 176 984 819, 0 thousand rubles" "in the amount 2 864 545 946, 1 thousand rubles";

Article 8 to add 4) with part 7 of the following content:
"7. Establish since October 1, 2019 the amount of indexation of official pay rate (salary on position), surcharges for the class rank (salary on military rank, surcharges for special rank), surcharges for long service (percentage length-of-service allowance) and monthly pension supplement from which pensions according to Item 2 of Article 44, Items 1 and 2 of article 49 of the Federal law "About Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation", parts 13 - 13.3 Articles 35, parts 1, of the 2 and 11 article 40 of the Federal Law of December 28, 2010 No. 403-FZ "About the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation", 1,02 are estimated.";
5) in Article 9:

Determine that in 2019 the Russian Railways open joint stock company according to the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation has the right to use means of the unused fees in the authorized capital of Russian Railways open joint stock company performed according to Item 3 of part 8 of article 21 of the Federal Law of December 5, 2017 No. 362-FZ "About the federal budget for 2018 and for planning period of 2019 and 2020" on performance of works on reconstruction of the overpass of the Smolensk direction of the Moscow Railway through Ulitsa Minskaya for the purpose of project implementation "III and IV main ways of Moscow-Passazhirskaya-Kurskaya (искл.) - Moscow-Kalanchevsky" in the amount up to 723rd 300, 0 thousand rubles and the "III and IV main ways of Moscow-Passazhirskaya-Kurskaya-Lyublino" project in the amount up to 451 700, 0 thousand rubles.";
