About introduction of amendments to articles 51 and 52 of the Federal law "About Education in the Russian Federation"

Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ "About education in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 53, Art. 7598; 2019, No. 49, Art. 6962) following changes:

1) in Article 51:

a) state part 7 in the following edition:

"7. The rights and social guarantees provided for pedagogical workers by Items 3 and 5 of part 5 of article 47 of this Federal Law are provided to heads of the educational organizations.";

b) add with part 7.1 following of content:

"7.1. The heads of the educational organizations living and working in rural settlements, working settlements (settlements of city type) have the right to provision of the measures of social support provided for pedagogical workers by part 8 of article 47 of this Federal Law. The size, conditions and procedure for expense recovery, the specified measures of social support to heads of the federal state educational organizations connected with provision, are established by the Government of the Russian Federation, and to heads of the educational organizations of subjects of the Russian Federation, heads of the municipal educational organizations are established by the legislation of subjects of the Russian Federation.";

2) in Article 52:

a) state part 4 in the following edition:

"4. The rights and social guarantees provided for pedagogical workers by Items 3 and 5 of part 5 of article 47 of this Federal Law are provided to deputy managers of the educational organizations, heads of structural divisions of the educational organizations and their deputies.";

b) add with part 5 of the following content:
