1) in Article 26.10:

a) shall be replaced with words the word "Judge" "1. Judge";

b) add with parts 2 - 5 following contents:

"2. The direction of determination for execution and submission of claimed data (information) or notification on impossibility of submission of such data (information) can be performed if technically possible electronically with use of single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction and the regional systems of interdepartmental electronic interaction connected to it.

3. The determination about the reclamation of data directed according to the procedure, provided by part 2 of this Article is signed by the official who took out such determination, the strengthened qualified digital signature.

4. If claimed data (information) or the notification on impossibility of submission of such data (information) go according to the procedure, provided by part 2 of this Article, they are signed by the authorized officer to which such determination, the strengthened qualified digital signature arrived.
