Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 24, 1998 No. 125-FZ "About compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 31, Art. 3803; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4183; 2019, No. 52, Art. 7804) following changes:

1) in Article 26.6:

a) in Item 7 of figure "500" to replace with figures "3 000";

b) in Item 11 of figure "500" to replace with figures "3 000";

Item 3 of Article 26.7 to state 2) in the following edition:

"3. The resolution on collection of insurance premiums for the account of property of the insurer - the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur is accepted within one year after the expiration of execution of the requirement about payment of insurance premiums, penalty fee and penalties if the total amount of insurance premiums, penalty fee and penalties exceeds 3 000 rubles. If the outstanding amount of insurance premiums specified in the requirement, penalty fee and penalties does not exceed 3 000 rubles, the resolution on collection of insurance premiums for the account of property of the insurer - the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur is accepted after the expiration established in one or several requirements about payment of insurance premiums, but not later than in three years after the expiration of execution of the earliest requirement.
