About introduction of amendments to article 4 of the Maritime Code of the Russian Federation

In paragraph one of Item 1 of the word "If Other Is Not Provided by International Treaties of the Russian Federation, This Code or Orders of the Government of the Russian Federation Accepted according to Them, with Use of Courts" shall be replaced with words 1) "With use of courts";
To add 2) with Item 5 of the following content:
"5. According to international treaties of the Russian Federation or in the cases and procedure established by the Government of the Russian Federation, activities, stipulated in Item 1 this Article it can be performed with use of the courts floating under flags of foreign states.".
