About entering of amendments into the Law "About the Companies of Water Users and the Unions of the Companies of Water Users"

Article 1. ZR-374-N "About the companies of water users and the unions of the companies of water users" to add part 1 of article 10 of the Law of June 4, 2002 with the Items "m", "n", "o" of the following content:

"l) for the purpose of equitable distribution of water to address and receive from the representative elected from its representative zone, information on hydrounit covering its parcel of land, including the constituted plan schedule and amount of water provided on the basis of the requests for watering which are actually provided by water users;

m) in the conditions of deficit of inventories of irrigation water to participate in review of plans of water use, the plan schedule, the corresponding appendices to the individual agreement of water users;

o) for the purpose of recovery of their violated right to address to the commission resolving disputes, to produce the arguments and the evidence proving opinion and also to participate in their research.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
