About introduction of amendments to the Law "About the Minimum Monthly Salary"

Article 1. In article 1 of the Law of December 17, 2003 of ZR-66-N "About the minimum monthly salary" the words "55000 dram" shall be replaced with words "68000 dram".
Article 2. To state article 2 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 2. For the employees received piece-work and hourly pay to establish the minimum size of the hour tariff charge:
1) at the normal duration of working hours (40-hour business week) - 406 dram;
2) at the reduced duration of working hours (36-hour business week) - 454 dram;
3) at the normal duration of working hours (24-hour business week) - 680 dram.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2020.
