Article 1. From part 6 of article 6 of the Law of December 12, 2013 ZR-157-N "About remuneration of persons holding the state positions or positions of public service" (further - the Law) the words "from fund of financial incentive and development" and the last offer to exclude.
Article 2. In article 22 of the Law:
To exclude 1) from part 9 of the word "and (or) from fund of financial incentive and development of this body";
To exclude 2) from part 10 of the word "no more, than 3 times a year".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective from 1 number of the second month following behind day of its official publication.
