About modification and amendments in the Law "About Remuneration of Persons Holding the State Positions and Positions of Public Service"

Article 1. In article 7 of the Law of December 7, 2013 ZR-157-N "About remuneration of persons holding the state positions and positions of public service" (further - the Law):

1) part 3.1 to recognize invalid;

To add 2) with part 3.2 following of content:

"3.2. The allowance for the lowest rank in this body (service) is established in the amount of three percent of official rate, and the allowance size for each following higher rank increases for one percent.";

Part 4 to state 3) in the following edition:

"4. The allowance for rank is given to forced contractors, tax, customs employees, investigators of investigation department of Committee of state revenues. At the same time the allowance for rank is given to tax employees if the corresponding employee does not receive the allowance for the class rank, or the size of the allowance calculated for rank is higher than the size of the allowance calculated for the class rank.";

4) part 4.1 to recognize invalid;

Part 5 to state 5) in the following edition:

"5. The allowance to the civil servant is given only in the presence of the class rank above the class rank corresponding to subgroup of this position in the amount of five percent of its official rate, at the same time to the civil servants holding position of the highest group of civil service till July 1, 2018 to whom the class rank of the counselor of state of the first class of civil service of the Republic of Armenia was appropriated, the allowance provided by this part is given.

In case of change of position after June 1, 2018 the allowance for the class rank is not given to the civil servant any more.".
