About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Customs Service"

Article 1. "About Customs Service" (further - the Law) to state part 1 of article 37 of the Law of July 3, 2002 to ZR-402-N in the following edition:

"The damage caused to persons or their property owing to illegal actions or failure to act of customs employees is compensated in the procedure established by the law.".

Article 2. From parts 2-4 of article 42 of the Law of the word "at the expense of means of financial incentive of Customs Service and development of system", and - to exclude the words "without the amounts received according to the second part of this Article" from parts 5 and 6.

Article 3. In part 5 of article 45 of the Law of the word "fund of financial incentive of Customs Service and development of system" shall be replaced with words "government budget".

Article 4. Recognize Article 53 invalid. Article 5. The extrabudgetary funds which are available in fund of financial incentive of Customs Service and development of system at the time of entry into force of this Law are enlisted in the government budget in compliance to sources of classification of the income, the stipulated in Clause 17 Laws "About Budget System of the Republic of Armenia", and the customs payment is enlisted as the state fee.

Article 6. This Law becomes effective from 1 number of the second month following behind day of its official publication.
