About modification and amendments in the Law "About Tax Service"

Article 1. ZR-407-N "About Tax Service" (further - the Law) to declare Item 12 of part 1 of article 11.1 of the Law of July 3, 2002 invalid.

Article 2. To add article 24 of the Law with part 9 of the following content:

"9. By the government budget of the Republic of Armenia also the fund of awarding can be provided in maintenance costs of tax authority.".

Article 3. To recognize article 28 of the Law invalid.

Article 4. In part 8 of article 42 of the Law of the word "fund of financial incentive of tax authority and encouragement of system" shall be replaced with words "government budget".

Article 5.", Except as specified," to exclude stipulated in Item 6 parts 3 of article 28 of this Law from article 44 of the Law of the word.

Article 6. The extrabudgetary funds which are available in fund of financial incentive of Tax Service and system of development at the time of entry into force of this Law are enlisted in the government budget according to classification of sources of the income, the stipulated in Clause 17 Laws "About Budget System of the Republic of Armenia".

Article 7. This Law becomes effective from 1 number of the second month following behind day of its official publication.
