About modification of the Law "About the Public and Personal Notification on the Internet"

Article 1. "About the public notification on the Internet" to state article 7 of the Law of April 9, 2007 to ZR-172-N in the following edition:

"Article 7. Payment for the notification

1. For the rendered service in placement of the public notification on the website, in the government budget the payment within the rates established by this Law is levied.

2. The publishing person, except for the bodies provided by part 2 of article 6 of this Law, or cases, the stipulated in Article 3 presents of the Law shall pay the size established by this Law".

Article 2. The extrabudgetary funds formed from the payments received for the rendered service in placement of the public notification, which are available at the time of entry into force of this Law on the off-budget account opened in treasury for the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia are enlisted in the government budget as free remaining balance.

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication. The off-budget programs, actions performed by the extrabudgetary funds opened according to the procedure, established by the law before entry into force of this Law and to consider the provided by the government budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2019, related income and expenses appropriate programs, actions, the income and expenses of the government budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2019. At the same time expenses are financed by the means provided by this Article only within the corresponding entrances and at their expense.
