About modification of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 13, 2014 No. 405

"About creation of Electronic information network for receipt of a visa of the Republic of Tajikistan and implementation of the electronic visa of the Republic of Tajikistan to foreign citizens and persons without citizenship" to state Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 13, 2014 to No. 405 in the following edition:

"2. Determine that the electronic visa of the Republic of Tajikistan is effective within 90 days and its owner can be in the territory of the republic no more than 60 calendar days from the date of entrance. The electronic visa is issued to those foreign citizens and stateless persons which have the right to receive the visa of the Republic of Tajikistan in the simplified procedure. This visa free and her applicant shall pay 30 dollars of the United States of America for processing of the single electronic visa or 50 dollars of the United States of America for processing of the repeated electronic visa by means of internationally acknowledged electronic networks. In case of refusal petitions, this amount to the applicant does not return. The cost of processing of electronic visas can change the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan by the principle of reciprocity. This action is drawn up in the form of the order of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in coordination with the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
