Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 7, 2011 No. 306-FZ "About cash allowance of the military personnel and provision of separate payments by it" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 45, Art. 6336; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; 2014, No. 23, Art. 2930; No. 43, Art. 5794; No. 45, Art. 6152; 2015, No. 10, Art. 1401; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4238; 2017, No. 30, Art. 4454; 2019, No. 40, Art. 5488) following changes:

1) in Article 2:

a) in part 6 "standard" to exclude the word;

b) to add part 7 after the word of "military personnel" with words ", passing military service under the contract,", to add with words of "the specified military personnel";

c) state part 10 in the following edition:

"10. To the serviceman undergoing military service the following additional payments are established:

1) the monthly allowance for command (management) of military division;

2) the monthly allowance for accomplishment of the tasks which are directly connected with risk for life and health in peace time;

3) the monthly allowance for work with the data which are the state secret.";

d) in part 11 of the word "The Amount of the Additional Payments Specified in Items 1 and 4 of Part 10 of This Article Is Established" shall be replaced with words "The amount of the additional payment specified in Item 3 of part 10 of this Article it is established", "Items 2 and 3" shall be replaced with words words "Items 1 and 2";
