About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Registration of the Secure Rights to Personal Estate"

Article 1. "About registration of the secure rights to personal estate" (further - the Law) to state part 2 of article 9 of the Law of December 17, 2014 to ZR-263-N in the following edition:

"2. The government of the Republic of Armenia establishes the types of in addition rendered services levied for which payments go to the government budget in the sizes established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. To recognize article 9.1 of the Law invalid.

Article 3. The extrabudgetary funds formed from the payments received for in addition rendered services which are available at the time of entry into force of this Law on the off-budget account opened in treasury for the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia are enlisted in the government budget as free remaining balance.

Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication. The off-budget programs, actions performed by the extrabudgetary funds opened according to the procedure, established by the law before entry into force of this Law and to consider the provided by the government budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2019, related income and expenses appropriate programs, actions, the income and expenses of the government budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2019. At the same time expenses are financed by the means provided by this Article only within the corresponding entrances and at their expense.
