About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Forced Execution of Court Resolutions"

Article 1. Of May 5, 1998 "About forced execution of court resolutions" (further - the Law) the words "and fund of financial incentive of service of forced execution and development of system" to exclude ZR-221 from part 1 of article 67 of the Law.

Article 2. To state part 7 of article 67 of the Law in the following edition:

"7. Expenses on making of executive actions are transferred into the government budget.".

Article 3. The extrabudgetary funds which are available in fund of financial incentive of service of forced execution and development of system at the time of entry into force of this Law are enlisted in the government budget as free remaining balance.

Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication. The off-budget programs, actions performed by the extrabudgetary funds opened according to the procedure, established by the law before entry into force of this Law and to consider the provided by the government budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2019, related income and expenses appropriate programs, actions, the income and expenses of the government budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2019. At the same time expenses are financed by the means provided by this Article only within the corresponding entrances and at their expense.
