About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation on the questions connected with the order means of the maternity (family) capital

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 17, 1999 No. 178-FZ "About the government public assistance" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 29, Art. 3699; 2016, No. 1, Art. 8; 2018, No. 11, Art. 1591) following changes:

1) in Article 6.9:

a) Item 1 of part 4:

add with the subitem "p" of the following content:

"p) information about legal representatives;";

add with the subitem "c" of the following content:

"c) data on deprivation of the parent rights, recovery in the parent rights, about restriction of the parent rights, cancellation of restriction of the parent rights, confiscation of the child in case of direct threat of his life or to health;";

add with the subitem "t" of the following content:

"r) data on legal incapacity of the citizen or on recognition of the citizen incapacitated;";

b) add with part 6.1 following of content:

"6.1. Within information system the databank about legal representatives of persons having the right to measures of social protection (support), the social services provided within social servicing and the government public assistance, other social guarantees and payments is created. The procedure for forming and maintaining such databank by participants of information exchange in case of placement of information in information system is established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";

2) part 2 of Article 6.11 after words "state non-budgetary funds" to add with words "guardianship and custody bodies".
