For the purpose of objective quality evaluation of cotton fiber, use of indicators of quality, advance in price and increase in its export potential, creating favorable conditions for producers and investors, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Enter the International standard of cotton.

2. Approve the enclosed actions plan on transition to the International standard of cotton.

3. To the ministry of state revenues and charges of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan in case of execution of export documents to recognize the certificate of conformity according to requirements of the International standard of cotton.
