1. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan:
- provide subjects of foreign economic activity, performing import to the Republic of Tajikistan of diesel fuel, mineral fertilizers and agricultural chemicals according to future and forward transactions, delay for a period of 6 months on payment customs the duties, excises and the value added tax which are subject to charge from February 1 to August 1, 2006 according to the list of these subjects in the amounts and types of products specified in appendix:
- grants delay on condition of provision to customs authorities of the Ministry of state revenues and charges of the Republic of Tajikistan providing customs payment according to the procedure, provided by Chapter 46 of the Customs code of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. To the ministry of state revenues and charges of the Republic of Tajikistan:
- take measures for indisputable collection of the amounts of delay according to requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan from the date of the delay expiration:
- provide control over target use of imported goods.
3. Enact this resolution since February 1, 2006.
