About measures for enhancement of system of professional training of the qualified personnel demanded in the labor market

In the country consecutive work on population growth in prosperity, especially youth, first of all due to creation of new workplaces and active support of entrepreneurial initiatives is carried out.

At the same time, the solution of the tasks standing in this sphere causes need of creation of effective system of training of specialists of working professions of high qualification taking into account the requirements of the labor market including created on places of large enterprises and clusters.

For the purpose of labor market requirements satisfaction in qualified personnel, integration of professional training with work practice, implementations of the international system of assessment of professional competences, and also according to tasks of Strategy of actions in five priority directions of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017 - 2021 the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of employment and employment relationships, the Ministries of the higher and secondary vocational education, the Ministry of Economy and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan about implementation of the National system of development of professional qualifications and competences (further - National system of development of professional competences) providing:

the organization in professional colleges on the terms of public-private partnership of training of specialists of average link and personnel by working professions for large enterprises and clusters, and also taking into account real requirement of the labor market;

the organization of professional training of the unoccupied population, especially youth, in the non-state centers of professional training of the unoccupied population (further - the centers of professional training) accredited in accordance with the established procedure;

the organization of activities on the basis of modern standards of non-state assessment centers of the competences (further - assessment centers of competences) accredited in accordance with the established procedure;
