About measures for further enhancement of procedure for catering services in system of law-enforcement bodies

For the purpose of further enhancement of procedure for catering services in system of law-enforcement bodies the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Agree with offers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan about:

step-by-step implementation of mechanisms of public-private partnership to the sphere of catering services of employees and military personnel of law-enforcement bodies, and also cadets and students of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the terms of the outsourcing allowing to optimize the number of personnel of dining rooms, shipping charges and the food product delivery, to minimize losses within rates of natural loss, to diversify assortment both to improve quality of cooking and to increase efficiency of activities of divisions;

implementation of procedure for catering services on the terms of outsourcing first of all in military units, educational institutions, temporary detention centers and medical institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. Determine that:

the sizes of service fee of catering establishment on outsourcing (further - the outsourcer) it is established by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan proceeding from the approved food regulation for the corresponding contingent on one conclusion of the agreement eating at the average market actual prices of food of date taking into account markup - to 20 percent, including all expenses of the outsourcer (taxes, the salary of personnel, transport services, and also services in repair and operation of the equipment, etc.);

the rent for use of production rooms, the equipment, table and kitchen ware and furniture of the dining rooms transferred to the outsourcer to temporary use within the lease agreement for catering services of staff is established at the "zero" rate;
