Article 1. In the Law of December 17, 2014 ZR-241-N "About customs regulation" (further – the Law):
Article 95 to state 1) in the following edition:
"Article 95. The state fee collected for implementation of customs transactions
The state fee collected for implementation of customs transactions is the obligatory payment, stipulated in Clause 47 Customs codes of the Union made in the government budget of the Republic of Armenia according to the procedure and the size, the established by the Law "About the State Fee" for implementation of customs transactions by customs authorities, customs escort, temporary storage of goods, and also issue of provisional solutions (further – the State fee).";
2) Article 96-99 to recognize invalid.
Article 2. In all text of the Law shall be replaced with words the word "customs payment" in the corresponding case forms "State fee".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective from 1 number of the second month following behind day of its official publication.
