About approval of the State strategy for management of dangerous wastes in the Azerbaijan Republic

For the purpose of the organization of management of dangerous wastes in the Azerbaijan Republic according to international standards and "The Basel Convention on the Control of Trans-boundary Movement of Hazardous Wastes and their removal" of the United Nations and creation of system of the measures directed to reduction of dangerous impact of dangerous wastes by health of the person and the environment, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "The state strategy for management of dangerous wastes in the Azerbaijan Republic" it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Azerbaijan Republic together with the relevant organizations to resolve the issues following from this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
