Article 1

1.1. Add with Article 11.0.3-1 of the following content:

"11.0.3-1. establishes procedure for conducting monitoring of activity of the courts based on offers of the Supreme Court of the Azerbaijan Republic according to article 79-1 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About courts and judges";";

1.2. In the second offer of Article 13.3 after the word "also" to add with the words "results of monitoring of activity of the courts".

This Law becomes effective since March 1, 2020.
