About introduction of temporary ban on export of separate types of products from the Russian Federation

According to Article 29 and appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and for the purpose of ensuring protection of life and human health the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Establish from the date of entry into force of this resolution till June 1, 2020 temporary ban on export from the Russian Federation of products according to the list according to appendix, except for export of such products for rendering the international humanitarian assistance to foreign states based on decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation, and also export by physical persons for personal use of the materials and objects of the one-time use relating to these products.

The specified temporary ban also extends to goods which are placed under customs procedures before entry into force of this resolution and whose actual evacuation from customs area of the Russian Federation according to these customs procedures is performed after entry into force of this resolution.

The prohibition does not extend to commodity exportation, moved within the international transit carriages which are beginning and coming to an end outside the territory of the Russian Federation, and also goods of the Russian Federation moved between parts of the territory of the Russian Federation through the territories of foreign states.

2. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in accordance with the established procedure:

notify the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution;
