About modification of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of August 26, 2015 No. 508 and recognition voided some acts of the President of Ukraine

"For the purpose of perpetuating of memory of soldiers who gave the life for freedom independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine in opposition of the Russian aggression, the Ukrainian fighters for independence in the 20th century, preserving national memory for the subsequent generations of courage and patriotism of defenders of the Ukrainian state I decide:

1. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

1) to form Organizing committee for preparation and holding actions for creation of memorial of the Ukrainian heroes and to approve its members;

2) to perform organizational support of implementation of actions on creation of memorial of the Ukrainian heroes, having provided, in particular:

preparation of the draft of the concept of memorial of the Ukrainian heroes;

the organization and carrying out with participation of representatives of state bodies, local government bodies, the public, the international organizations, religious associations of public discussion of the draft of the concept of memorial of the Ukrainian heroes and offers concerning determination of location in the capital of Ukraine - the city of Kiev of memorial of the Ukrainian heroes;

development taking into account results of discussion and approval of the concept of memorial of the Ukrainian heroes;

carrying out in accordance with the established procedure architectural tender on creation of memorial of the Ukrainian heroes;

3) to provide extended coverage of actions for creation of memorial of the Ukrainian heroes, in particular, connected with celebration of fighters for freedom, independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine, the presentation of domestic and international experiment on creation of memorials, discussion of offers on the concept of memorial of the Ukrainian heroes and architectural tender on its creation".
