About modification of the Regulations on establishment of requirements to credit intermediaries of banks and their activities in the field of consumer crediting

1. Bring in the Regulations on establishment of requirements to credit intermediaries of banks and their activities in the field of consumer crediting approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 08, 2017 No. 50 (with changes), such changes:

1) in the Section I:

to add Item 1 after the words "" about consumer crediting "" with words ", " about financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services" (further - the Law on financial services)";

in Item 2:
