1. Make changes to the Instruction about procedure Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of protection of the rights and the interests of investors protected by the law approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of May 26, 2016 No. 825, registered on June 17, 2016 for No. 874/29004, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. To provide to department of strategy and normative and methodological providing together with legal department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To participating banks and agent banks of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits to bring the activities into accord with this decision within one month from the date of entry into force of this decision.

5. To provide to department of public relations and financial education placement of this decision on the official site of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after its state registration.

6. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the deputy managing director Olenchik A. Ya.
