About change and amendment of the Concept and Action plan on development of the National accounting standards in the public sector approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 159/2016

On compliance with part (1) article 20 of the Law on public finance and budget and tax responsibility No. 181 of 25.07.2014 (in force from 1:01. 2015) (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 223-230, of Art. 519 of 8:08. 2014), with subsequent changes, I ORDER:

1. On development of National accounting standards in the public sector No. 159/2016 to make the following changes to the Order of the Minister of Finance on approval of the Concept and the Action plan:

1.1. In Item 3 the name "Council on Accounting Standards in the Public Sector" to change and state in the following edition: "Council on National accounting standards in the public sector".

1.2. In item 4 "the Deputy Minister of Finance, the chairman of the board on accounting standards in the public sector of Mr. CHICHIBAB of Yury" to replace the phrase with the phrase: "The state secretary (in the field of budget implementation)".

2. In appendix No. 1 to the Order:

2.1.1. Change in the corresponding form of inducement and state in the following edition:
