In acknowledgement of special merits of the director Yury Harmelin in development and promotion of theater the Government DECIDES:
1. Appropriate to the state drama youth theater "From Ulitsa Roz" name of Yury Harmelin.
2. In appendix No. 3-2 to the Order of the Government No. 691/2017 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Education, culture and researches (2018, Art. No. 322-328, 793), with subsequent changes, line item 11 after the words "From Ulitsa Roz" to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with words "of Yury Harmelin".
