1. Since June 1, 2006 to make the differentiated increase in the sizes of retirement benefits for long service to the military personnel, the staff of law-enforcement bodies and Committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, bodies of financial police and fire service which gives the special ranks and to whom the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the staff of law-enforcement bodies extends, from the State center for pension payment, appointed till July 1, 2005, proceeding from the size of the monetary pay consisting of official pay rate, salary (surcharge) on military (special) rank and lengths of service of the receiver of retirement benefits for long service.

2. Approve the enclosed Rules of increase in the sizes of retirement benefits for long service from the State center for pension payment since June 1, 2006.

3. This resolution becomes effective since June 1, 2006 and is subject to official publication.
