About modification of the Instruction about the organization in the Security Service of Ukraine of identification of persons who illegally use drugs or psychotropic substances

According to article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Security Service of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for identification of persons who illegally use drugs or psychotropic substances in the Security Service of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Bring in Item 2.2 of the Section II of the Instruction on the organization in the Security Service of Ukraine of identification of persons who illegally use drugs or psychotropic substances, the Security Service of Ukraine approved by the order of the Central management of March 4, 2013 No. 88, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 25, 2013 for No. 483/23015, the following changes:

word in paragraph six "law-enforcement bodies" shall be replaced with words "National police of Ukraine";

to add the paragraph of the seventh after words of "the characteristic of the worker" with the words "on representation of the direct head and signature of the chief of body, division, institution of the SSU".

2. To provide to heads of department of legal support and Military-medical management of the Security Service of Ukraine submission in accordance with the established procedure of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
