About modification of the Regulations on Head department of Public service of Ukraine on safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protections in the area, in the city of Kiev
According to Items 1 and 7 of the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine on safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protections approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 2, 2015 No. 667 (with changes), to Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of development of economy, trade and the agricultural industry of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 (with changes), I ORDER:
1. Bring in Regulations on Head department of Public service of Ukraine on safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protections in the area, in the city of Kiev, approved by the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of April 12, 2017 No. 209, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 13, 2017 for No. 604/30472 (further - the Provision), the following changes:
in Provision Item 2 of the word "orders of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "orders of the ministries";
in the subitem 2 of Item 11 of the Provision of the word "orders of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "orders of the ministries";
in the text of the Provision of the word "Minister of Agricultural Policy and Food" in all cases shall be replaced with words "The minister of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry" in the corresponding case.
