Installations generating with the gas turbine engine capacity of 500 MW and more

availability at the legal entity - the tax resident of the Russian Federation who is not under control of foreign state, and (or) the international organization, and (or) foreign legal entity or physical person, and (or) foreign structure without formation of legal entity, the rights to technology including techniques, know-how, and also patents, the rights to design and technical documentation for production and designing, upgrade and development of the corresponding products in the territory of the Russian Federation. Hereunder the specified legal entity is considered being under control of foreign state, and (or) the foreign person, and (or) foreign structure without formation of legal entity if all of them in total, or some of them, or each of them separately control the specified legal entity, and the previous organization, and each of the previous organizations controlling it in the above-stated sequence. The foreign state, either the foreign person, or the organization, or foreign structure without formation of legal entity is considered the controlling face in the presence of one of the following signs:

the controlling person has the right to dispose directly or indirectly (including based on the property trust management agreement, the agreement of particular partnership, the agreement of the order or as a result of other transactions or on other bases) of more than 50 percent of total quantity of the voices falling on voting shares (shares) constituting the authorized capital of controlled person;

the controlling person based on the agreement or on other bases acquired the right or power to determine the decisions made by controlled person;

the controlling person has the right to appoint sole executive body and (or) more than 50 percent of structure of collegiate executive body of controlled person and (or) has unconditional opportunity to elect more than 50 percent of structure of the board of directors (supervisory board) or other collegiate organ of management of controlled person;

the controlling person performs powers of managing company of controlled person.

The controlling person of foreign structure without formation of legal entity the founder (founder) of such structure or the other person who is not her founder (founder) is recognized if such person exercises control over this structure.

In case of use of the rights based on the license agreement the term of the license shall not be less than 25 years, the license shall grant to the Russian licensee the right to independent enhancement, modification and expansion of licensed technologies with receipt of the rights to the changed technology without obligation of provision of the license for the changed technology for benefit of the licensor.

In case of storage of design and technical documentation in electronic form the legal entity shall provide its record, systematization, accumulating, storage and refining (updating, change) with use of the databases which are in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Availability at the company in the territory of the Russian Federation or use being in the territory of the Russian Federation certified according to GOST P 8.568-2017 "State system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements. Certification of the test equipment. Basic provisions" test equipment for nodes of hot path.

Availability in the territory of the Russian Federation of the service center, authorized to perform repair, after-sale and guarantee maintenance of products.

Production in the territory of the Russian Federation or use of the following component parts and systems made in the territory of the Russian Federation (in the presence as a part of installation):

the gas turbine (from the OKPD 2 28.11 code. 23);

the generator with system of excitement (from the OKPD2 27.11) code;

utility power system (from the OKPD 2 27.12 code. 23);

the all-station automated and automatic management systems (from the OKPD 2 26.51.70 code. 190);

the complex air-cleaning device (from the OKPD 2 28.25.14 code. 110)".
