Approve the enclosed changes which are made to appendix No. 3 to Rules of decision making about recognition of socially oriented non-profit organization by the contractor of socially useful services approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 26, 2017 No. 89 "About the register of non-profit organizations - contractors of socially useful services" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 6, Art. 937; No. 39, Art. 5710; 2018, No. 5, Art. 770; No. 50, Art. 7755).
