1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 16, 2018 No. 382 "About some questions of customs procedure of free warehouse" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 16679, it is published on April 10, 2018 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following change:
in Rules of completion of action of customs procedure of free warehouse concerning the goods placed under customs procedure of free warehouse and which are the equipment put into operation and used by the owner of free warehouse, or the goods used by the owner of free warehouse for creation of real estate objects in the territory of free warehouse and which are component of such real estate objects, without room of the specified goods under customs procedures, in case of the termination of functioning of free warehouse, approved according to appendix 10 to the specified order:
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. The basis of such completion is the signed act of commissioning of the state inspection of acceptance of the constructed object in operation and (or) the accounting certificate of the equipment which is registered on balance of the company.".
2. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
