1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the lists of licensed conditions of implementation of activities in the field of rendering the corresponding communication services approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 18, 2005 No. 87 "About approval of the list of names of the communication services brought in licenses and lists of licensed conditions" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 9, Art. 719; 2006, No. 2, Art. 202; 2007, No. 38, Art. 4552; 2008, No. 4, Art. 275; 2015, No. 6, Art. 954; No. 9, Art. 1325; 2018, No. 39, Art. 5978).
2. Determine that:
rendering communication services by the telecom operators who obtained licenses for the corresponding types of activity before entry into force of this resolution is performed taking into account the changes approved by this resolution;
licenses for activities in the field of rendering communication services on provision of communication channels, license for activities in the field of rendering communication services on data transmission, except for communication services on data transmission for the purposes of transfer of voice information, license for activities in the field of rendering communication services on data transmission for the purposes of transfer of voice information, the licenses for activities in the field of rendering telematic communication services granted about day of entry into force of this resolution are subject to renewal for the purpose of reduction of licensed conditions in compliance with the changes approved by this resolution in case of the first appeal of the licensee to the licensing body with the statement for prolongation of effective period (renewal) of such licenses.
