a) state Item 47.1 in the following edition:

"47.1. Regional programs of resettlement of the Republic of Crimea, the Moscow region, Moscow, St. Petersburg and Sevastopol are developed with the need of economy of the specified subjects of the Russian Federation for immigrants and opportunity for their acceptance and arrangement for these subjects of the Russian Federation.";

b) in the subitem "b" of Item 53 of the word of "target acceptance on training" shall be replaced with words "acceptance on target training".

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
